Les Knoeux de Rosi T he magic lies in her hands. Eachknot is specific from the feston tothe alternative knots, each knottakes precision, creativity andgrace. Some knots take more timeand others take less. Macramé is askill Rosita obtained since gradeschool but it wasn't until a year agoshe refined this trade and decidedto share her talent with her commu-nity. Rosita creates beautiful san-dals, jewelry and accessories. Shecurrently has 3 employees and ishoused in our incubator at Martis-sant, a vulnerable community in thedowntown area of Port-au-Prince.Would you like to help bring her trade to new heights?
Marie Aure Clermont
Trained in accounting, Marie Aure Clermont always wanted o explore her child-long dream of creating art. . to And then one day, she stopped asking the question of when and employed her macrame skills obtained in elementary school to knot together an blossoming empire known by most as "Aure Creations." HPCD met her little over a year ago, caught on to her dream and decided to partner with her to make it a reality. She is currently housed in our Martissant incubator where she has over 10 people working with her to create her signature piece : handknotted macrame sandals.

She has been creating jewelry for a couple of years now. Her jewelry is unique. She not only uses beautiful beads to adorn her creations , she recycles . From boxes, to paper its all there. She currently has 4 employees and is housed in our incubator in Martissant, a vulnerable community within Port-au-Prince. She believes in a vibrant future for her family, for her neighbors, and for her country

Micheline takes pride in the products she creates from scratch. And is constantly look for ways to create new innovative knick knacks. What drew us to her beautiful bags, placemats, purses, and baskets she created—it was almost completely constructed from recycled materials. She is currently housed in our Martissant incubator where she employs 3 people . She strives to train others on how they can also keep minimize trash through recycling
