Description of Tenants:
  1) a shoemaker company that makes and repairs local leather handmade shoes;
  2) a clothing company which sells suits and pants;
  3) an aromatherapy company that sells beauty products;
  4) a wood making company that sells furniture and woodwork;
  5) a woven sandal company that sells customized handmade shoes for women;
  6) a leather store that makes Bible covers, binders, and office covers;
  7) a pastry business that sells bakery products to the local market.


Electricity: 
  Generator in the morning; public electricity in the afternoon

Requirements of tenants:
  • Business in the field of production
  • Tenants are residents of Martissant area and will return there with their new business upon graduating
  • Become a paying member of HPCD
  • Able to generate growth
  • Able to employ new employees
  • Must give their financial data to HPCD management
  • Must be open to new ideas

Financing:

  1) The incubator’s facilities investment program is financed by the European Union through Concern Worldwide.
  2) The training program is financed by the European Union through Concern Worldwide.
